I have the same problem except that I got in contact with Adobe Costumer Service. They did not help.
My credit card was blocked for a couple of days and Adobe payment request was denied. Now the credit card is fixed and all that I want is to have my money collected so that I can keep my subscription. My credit card information remains the same.
How can I ask Adobe staff for resubmitting the payment request? It has been a week since I am trying to solve that.
Adobe says my subscription is halted. Who can help me ?
