    Please help!

ive created an hour long movie and I need to render it to DVD because it is playing in a film theater this week. I'm curious as to what file format I should set the project to in order to maximize video quality and be able to burn it to a DVD. I've read that MPEG files are the best for DVDS formats but if I create a custom QuickTime file, the quality will be great. I could also match the project settings in the render area and just let the program render it to the best it can. Please help, this is my first time rendering in Adobe Premier. Thanks!
