When FormsCentral is retired will there be any where to use form templates?

Where can I go now for templates?

That is a great question. One of the great things about the company I work for, JotForm, is that we offer nearly 8,000 ready-made templates. In addition, we also offer a Theme Store, with mostly free user-created themes.

I'm sure you're already well aware of the looming retirement date (June 22nd), but you can use JotForm's migration tool to import any existing forms AND data to JotForm -- or you can even use it to migrate any of the FormsCentral templates you enjoy using. We recommend doing it sooner than later just to make sure you familiarize yourself with the new platform (although Entrepreneur Magazine once called us the 'easiest form builder' so we don't think it'll take you very long).

Let me know if you have any questions! Thanks.
