I currently hold a personal account through my own email using a single product paid monthly I want to change it to an educational account which I am eligible to do.
My next payment is June 5, 2015 do I cancel now or June the 5th? Don't want to pay for it twice.
Contact Adobe Support by chat or phone and they may be able to arrange the transition without having to wonder about charges.

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache. If it fails to connect try using a different browser.

You can cancel the current subscription one or 2 days before the next payment. In that case, you will not be charged and you can sign up for the educational membership.
