First thing to do is to make sure your video driver is up to date. When/if it is, and you still get the problem, you'll need to turn off the "Use Graphics Processor" option on the Preferences>Performance panel. That will circumvent the problem for now, while Adobe works out how to deal with the issue.
Thanks. I have the program on two PC's. This desk top, where the program
works fine, but a much, much older PC, and my lap top, which is only a year
old and is a hi performing gaming PC. I doubt that it would be the video
driver is the problem, but will check it out.
I would suggest to follow the suggestions from the link below.
The Lightroom has now GPU features enabled.
You can go ahead and utilize the same by article given.
Understood, but updating drivers has worked for quite a few (but not all) users with this problem. Worth checking out, yes?
Thanks for the help. My laptop has two video drivers, an Intel and an
Nvidia GeForce. We disabled the Intel driver and set Nvidia as the primary.
This resolved the blue screen issue.
A good day to all!
