I am having a new problem that did not exist before. I can not imprort photos into the organizer. It goes to get the media but the pc lock up at that point. Everything else runs correctly. I reloaded photoshop. I am not able to install an update. Re

I am having a new problem that did not exist before.  I can not imprort photos into the organizer.  It goes to get the media but the pc lock up at that point.  Everything else runs correctly.  I reloaded photoshop.  I am not able to install an update.  Reason unknown.  Please Help!!!!!
