Can you move the document to your local drive, and open it there?
If you have trouble moving the document, it may indeed be a permission and you may need to talk to your IT person.
Well, issue has been resolved. It ended up being ESET antivirus v.4.xx for
business. After I disabled it temporarily all worked normally. So created
exclusions for the shared network resources that they work from.
I am so glad I found this answer. This has been doing my head in since CC2015 was launched.
