My photos are being held hostage and I need access to them by tomorrow morning. I can still see the photos but I can't export or edit the files, it says they are unable to be located and there are question marks on all of my folders! I need help please and thanks!!!
Use the Creative Cloud application to make sure you are logged into your account. There is a gear icon in the upper right corner of the CC app. Click on that to find Preferences in the drop down menu. Under preferences you will see your account information.
Have you moved the folders that contain your images?
Yes! I did. And I've moved them back and it solved everything, THANK YOU!
