first i have the WORRST time trying to subscribe where Adobe charged my account ulitple times, then I have several case numbers open and many calls and chat supports, FINALLY they get it working on April 28th. Now i Get an email not even 2 weeks later that my account subscription is being canceled because Adobe couold not "Charge my credit card".
Why in the hell are they charging my credit card again after 2 weeks on a monthly subscription?
god this service is the worst I have ever encouontered don e commerce ...
and i don't care about the typos here I am so livid and so over having to use this subscription suite
Unfortunately the only option for dealing with your issues lies with the same people who assigned you case numbers. I don't think I need to provide info on contacting them, which you will have to do, though they probably need to learn how to contact and followup with you until all is resolved.
