Are you using Windows computer or Mac ?
If possible post the screenshot of error .
I use Windows but the green bar is not going to go full of
Open C:drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe.
Open Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe.
Open Adobe folder and if present delete Adobe Creative Cloud folder.
Step 3 :
Click on the below link and download Adobe application manager and install the same:
Once the Adobe application manager is installed , it will create Adobe application manager shortcut on Desktop.
Double click on it , it will start update process and gets updated to Creative Cloud desktop application.
" Just in case If you face any while updating Adobe application manager "
1) Disable Anti Virus and Firewall temporarily.
2) Make sure LAN settings is set to detect settings Automatically.
If it is not set , follow below steps :
1)Open Control Panel and then click on the option "Network and Internet" .
2)Click on Internet options, click on 'Connections' tab.
3)In the 'Connections' tab, select 'LAN' settings, you will be able to view the Local area network settings box.
4)Check the box-"Automatically Detect Settings" and then "uncheck" all the other check boxes like 'Use automatic configuration script', 'Use a proxy server' , Bypass proxy server' ,then click on ok button .
5)Click on "LAN settings" button again , make sure "Automatically Detect Settings" is the only option selected, keep the LAN properties window open.
Then try to update Adobe Application manager again .
But the Adobe Application Manager and OOBE aro not in the folder

and a folder is on the desktop
For confirmation , just check whether you are looking under Common Files >Adobe??
C: > Program Files ( X86) > Common Files > Adobe.
If it is not present , you may skip that step and proceed further
in the Network and Internet tab are not the Connections Tab
No need to check with LAN settings , you need to perform that steps only if you get ant error while updating Adobe Application Manager.
