I haven't had this much trouble since trying to unsubscribe from xbox live - and they were hit with a class action lawsuit for the difficulties.
I've been waiting in line on a chat program?! Why can't I just UNSUBSCRIBE like any other service on the internet?
I am never, ever, ever trusting adobe with my credit card details EVER again.
As far as I have been able to tell, Adobe does not provide chat/phone support over weekends.
