Unfortunately, Acrobat DC mobile apps for iOS and Android do not support digital signatures. You are not able to add a digital signature in Acrobat DC mobile apps.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Then why does the App info clearly state that it does digital signatures?
And I quote

• Quickly fill out PDF forms by typing text into fillable fields
• Use your finger to e-sign any PDF document

Please note that digital signatures and e-signatures are not the same.
An electronic signature — also known as an ‘e-signature‘ — is a simple and legally recognized way to indicate consent or approval on a digital document or form. A digital signature is a specific implementation of an e-signature that requires the signer to have a certificate-based digital ID.
I do understand that, but I am unable to do either. I just want my customers to sign my invoice before I email it to them. Trying to cut out the use of extra paper. I can bring up the form, fill the form but how do I get them to sign it? Mind you I do not want to email it out to get it.
Acrobat DC mobile products support handwritten signatures only.
You can add a handwritten signature via the Commenting tool bar.
- Open a PDF document.
- Tap the Comments icon in the bottom bar.
- Tap the Signature icon in the bottom bar.
Please see Help > Handbook > Comment, markup, sign for more details. The Help section describes the steps to add a handwritten signature, edit it, and change the appearance of it.
For secure and legally binding electronic signatures, Adobe offers e-sign services.
