Effecting one-off color corrections (with xrite passport) instead of using ICC profiles

I have about 100 photos with XRite Colorchecker Passports in them, and I want to apply the "map all colors so that the passport colors match what they should be" color correction after having performed all my other corrections as an operation that I can undo/redo rather than as an ICC abstraction (which requires restarting lightroom after abstracting it, and massively pollutes my directory of actual ICC profiles).

Is there an LR plugin that lets me say "here is a reference image, find that image inside this image, and then perform the color correction necessary"? If not, are there other ways to make this happen through any combination of Lightroom, Photoshop, and/or desktop utilities?
