if that happens with all your fla files, reset your preferences -

if that fails, uninstall, clean (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html) and reinstall
if it's just one problematic fla, you probably have a corrupt resource in your library. you can pinpoint it by process of elimination.
I have one FLA that also crashes Flash every time, and at the same point. In my case I am able to find what it is that is causing the crashes, and if I delete that item the crash doesn't happen.
If your situation is similar, somewhere around 70% of the way through your FLA is something that is too demanding. For me that turned out to be a drawing imported from Illustrator, it just has an excessive amount of curves in it.
Try deleting parts of your project, to track down what library symbol is causing the crash.
