To diagnose the cause of the particular problem, we would like to inspect your PDF form.
I've sent you a separate email with the instructions on how to share your PDF form with us (Adobe).
Thank you for your help.
We received your PDF form. Thank you!
Would you tell us which fields exhibit the problem on iOS? Do all of the fields in the "BUSINESS MEALS & ENTERTAINMENT (or mileage)" section exhibit the same problem?
There are a lot of fields in your form. We would like to know exactly which fields to examine in order to properly diagnose the cause of the problem.
If possible, would you take a screenshot of your form, circle the problematic fields, post the screenshot in your next reply?
Thank you very much for the problem description and screenshots!
We will check if this is a defect in the new Acrobat DC app on iOS 8 only, file an internal bug report, and continue investigating the cause of the problem.
We will let you know what we find. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I tested a couple of other free/paid PDF viewers on iOS. Surprisingly, the results are not even consistent among the PDF viewers on iOS. None of them perfectly match the results produced by the desktop version of Adobe Reader/Acrobat. I suspect that the problem is due to how each app handles and stores floating point numbers on iOS.
I filed an internal bug report to track this problem. We will continue investigating the cause of the problem and attempt to fix it in a future release of Acrobat DC for iOS. Sorry again for the inconvenience.
