I am running OS X Yosemite version 10.10.3 and installed box version of Adobe premier 13 without any problem but when I lunch the application I get an message says " Your application install seem to be damaged, please reinstall the application".I reinstall the app and update to the latest version 13.1 also reinstall creative cloud app too.
I'd contact Adobe tech support. This sounds like an issue they'll need to walk you through.
Do you have a purchased serial number for your Premiere Elements 13 Mac?

Download and install the tryout of the program from the following web site. During the installation, insert your purchased serial number.
Determine if the installation is successful and you now have a working Premiere Elements 13 Mac "ready to go".
