Hello!

In Adobe Captivate 8, you click Closed Captions and start waiting for something to happen on your screen.  You're in for a long wait, sometimes up to 90 seconds.

When you check Task Control (Alt + Ctrl +Esc) while you're waiting, you notice that processor activity for Adobe Activate.exe is zero.  That may be the reason why we have to wait such a long time for the Closed Captioning screen to be displayed.

Does anyone have a remedy for this situaation?

Cheers!
