As a Technical Trainer I create PDF Big books for my students. I need to find a way to keep company information within the company. All of our employees have PKI cards. The students do not need to sign PDF. I know how to add PKI encryption for myself. How can I easily do this for a group of employees?
You can use Certificate Encryption. Each of your students would have to send you her public key certificate (they can export public key certificate from their PKI card in Reader) and then you'll encrypt your PDF with the list of those public key certificates. Do not forget to include your own certificate, otherwise you won't be able to open your own encrypted PDF. Actually Acrobat prompts you for your certificate separatelt, so that you do that, just do bot skip this step.
