ADE authorization problem

Hello, I just downloaded ADE . I entered my ID , password, and gave authorize . Since then, I'm still not authorized and not quit. You do not know where he could be the problem?

Either I get that I can not connect to the server . But then when you try again , so I will authorize . But not stop authorize . Again and again there goes the green thing .

Hi I have had the same problem and may have found a solution.  When you read the information from kobo on how to read ebooks you have borrowed from your local library it mentions ADE version 3.  When you download ADE you get the lastest version ADE version 4.

What I then did was uninstall ADE version 4.

Then install ADE version 3.

Finally I have been able to authorize my computer with Vista!!!!!!!
