Salesforce integration requires you to authorize the integration by logging in as an account admin of a Document Cloud premium enterprise P2 (formerly Echosign Global) edition.
If the email address you use for username is not an admin, or is a (admin)user in a different eSign services edition, you won't be able to use the salesforce app.
if you want to try the integration use an email address not associated with a (paid eSign services account which is not a p2/Global edition.
Thanks for the info. I appreciate it.
Do you know the difference in cost between the individual plan I have now (14.95.month) and the Document Cloud premium enterprise plan?
I am the only user and do not need additional licenses as the plan info on the site refers to.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Jake, were you able to get an answer to your question regarding difference in cost between individual and enterprise plans? I find myself in same situation.
Has this been resolved? Adobe advertises the individual plans work for SalesForce. I am getting the same error message. Anybody have any ideas?
