iBooks is for EPUB, not DPS. You need to check it in the Adobe Content Viewer on the iPad.
Thanks Bob - I am a bit new to this. I am intending to publish to EPUB. The content viewer seems to work on the desktop, but I can't expect my audience to download the content viewer app.... Anyhow, I saw on a different forum that there is a trick you can use with .css to fix it so I am trying that.
I've moved this to the InDesign EPUB forum.
The content viewer won’t work for epub and you can’t use the folio overlays for it either.
You'll need to export to fixed layout epub (assuming you are using InDesign CC2014.2) and if you used the css workaround mentioned in this forum it work when viewed in iBooks.
