My Creative Cloud is stalled at "Waiting" trying to install Photoshop CC (2014) for like 3 hours.

I just did a Windows 8.1 reset this morning  on my pc and everything else has installed fine. 

I've started and restarted the install a few times, but it always gets stuck at "Waiting" after "Extracting".

Any suggestions?

if you restored your computer to an earlier time, uninstall cc, clean per Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6 and then reinstall the cc desktop app, Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free Adobe CC trial

install ps and your other cc apps using the desktop app.
