When I try to open my Creative Cloud I receive a message saying:
Unable to reach Adobe servers. Please check your firewall settings and try again in a few minutes.
I have clicked the retry button over 30 to 40 minutes without success.
I have turned off my firewall and tried but receive the same message.
I have retried the following day with no change.
How do I correct the problem?
