Since I updated to Lightroom CC I had several crashes. In the middle of my work the computer freezes completely and I have to shut it down by pressing the power button. I allready made a diagnosis of my RAM (seems to be perfectly okay) and my GPU (no problems detected). Also I completely uninstalled my GPU-Driver and reinstalled the latest version. Turning off the new GPU-Support in Lightroom hasn't solved the problem either. I also deletet the preferences: no effect... Most of the time I can start working again at the point the system freezed but recently my PSD file I had loaded into Lightroom was totaly screwed: it only showed red noise.
If I open this file in Photoshop all my layers are gone.. Quiet frustrating isn't it?
Some of my system data if necessary:
Windows 7 64bit
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 480
AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor
I hope someone has got another clue how to solve this issue - I'm getting desperate...
Hi, what version are you running? (Help menu > About)
It should be Lightroom 6.0.1 or 2015.0.1, which contains some bug fixes.
I'm running version 2015.0.1 so this doesn't seem to be the problem.. Thanks for your input
