You can’t use a specific graphic for InDesign bullets. I wish we could.
The alternative is to put that image as an Anchored object at the beginning of the «bulleted» text. If the graphic is a simple bezier shape, you can use the script Indyfont to create an OpenType font from it, than use it as the bullet.
Jean-Claude is right. IndyFont is a great option for this job. That way you can just use a bulleted paragraph style. Here's a post and video on the topic:
Or you could do a Find/Change to replace bullets which have been converted to regular text with the graphic. Copy the graphic and in the Change To field, select Clipboard Contents.
