I am having a trouble installing Flash Player in Windows with Explorer.

I have not been able to install Flash Player.  I have Explorer 11.  I have gone to task manager as the support instructions say but I have no idea which processes to close.  Everything else I have gone to is working the way it should but I still have not been able to install the latest Flash Player.  When I switch to FireFox I am able to play programs that require FlashPlayer.

Click on the following Adobe link. Go to the bottom where it says, "Still having problems?" and click on the link for IE.
