Cases with uploaded files only

Is there a quick way of deleting uploaded attachments submitted by customers without having to delete the whole case, or by going into each case and deleting the related files?

Where do all uploaded attachments from a webform actually reside on the server? Are they only appended to each case (related files) or can they be accessed some other way?

If you are talking about the ticket system, by default the files seem to go in your root folder when uploaded by the clients.

So you can always go there, using the file manager or the "develop" section, and delete them manually... This is very bad

I haven't figure out yet how to change this folder on the cases. Only the admin can upload files in a precise folder, not the client apparently.
