I'm using Lightroom for years now and I love that Lightroom CC and Mobile now support Android and DNGs, but I'm a bit confused about the workflow.
1) I'm watching the camera folder and the photos are added automatically, but 2 gigs of Photos take up 4gigs of additional space in Lightroom Mobile
- Why is that and why does Lightroom not free up space once the original files are synced to the desktop?`
2) Can I delete the original files once they are imported?
Thanx in advance if anyone has any idea on how I can reduce the storage footprint.
I would only delete the originals when they are successfully synced to the desktop.
That 2 gigs of Photos take up 4gigs of additional space in Lightroom Mobile is a bug and should be fixed in an update.
has this been fixed already? I can't believe Lightroom mobile is unsing 6.8 gbs of storage with only 58 pictures in my album, like this it's unusable and I rather use photoshop express for my dng files and it's free!
Could you confirm on how are you looking for the storage used by Lightroom app?
