What happens when you hit install from the creative cloud app?
I was using LR5 normally and then I downloaded the LRCC and update almost all of my catalogs. It ran perfect.
I exported some old images again with this new processor and it was great.
Today I went to my computer to keep working on the new LR CC and it was gone.
So i used it normally for 2 days.
I went now to my creative cloud profile in Adobe's site and the LR CC doesn't appear on my products like the old versions of LR and PS.
So you don't see it in your creative cloud application nor on creative cloud on the web? That's something that you must resolve with Adobe support I think. Something is messed up with your creative cloud account.
