    Purchased LR 6 upgrade from Adobe. Serial number not valid.


      I have LR5 installed on my Mac. I just purchased the LR6 upgrade from Adobe.com, and downloaded the installer. Adobe e-mailed me the S/N, which is also provided in my online downloads history.


      When I try to install LR6, Adobe Application Manager opens and asks for the S/N. I enter it, but receive the following error: "We are unable to validate this serial number for Adobe Lightroom. Please contact Customer Support". I tried my LR5 serial number as well (in case that was what they were looking for), but received the same error message. Both S/Ns begin with 1160.


      Has anyone else encountered this problem?
