Please help! In Premiere Elements 13.1, I have a video that had been working. I now get the following error: ["...\...\Scr\RenderFrameRequest.cpp-121] in a "Premiere Elements Debug Event" window. am using a PC with Windows 7. It will not render 9 sections of the video (but did before). What should I do to fix the error? Thank you!!!
Premiere Elements 13/13.1 on Windows 7 64 bit.
Let us go over some basics first to rule them in or out...
1.To where do you have your preview saves pointed, and how much free hard drive space is there? Please refer to Edit Menu/Preferences/Scratch Disks and the Video Previews category.
2. What are the properties of the source media, especially those in the sections that will not render? Is there a trend in format in the files that will render and those that will not?
3. Do the gray tabs of the Work Area Bar span the entire Timeline content, including these areas that will not render?
Then moving forward...
1. Delete the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file and, if necessary, the whole 13.0 Folder in which it exists.
Local Disk C
and in the13.0 Folder is the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file that you delete. Be sure to be working with Folder Option Show Hidden Files, Folders, and Drives disabled so that you can see the complete path given.
if that does not work, then...
2. Do you have installation files or disc as well as purchased serial number for Premiere Elements 13/13.1? If so, please uninstall the program the usual Control Panel way, do a free ccleaner run through (regular cleaner and registry cleaner parts), and then reinstall with antivirus and firewall(s) disabled.
Please review and consider. We will be watching for your progress. Any questions or need clarification on any of the above, please do not hesitate to ask.
