Hi I am new to creating forms in Acrobat. I have created a form that has radio buttons and calculates the average of the responses (very basic).
However, there are times when there will be no response given. Is there a way to exclude from the average if no response is given?
The form is used for performance evaluation. Each manager can customize the Goals section, so the number of Goals and or Objectives may vary.
The following as a very simple mock up of the form.
Goal 1: Participates in furthering the organizations regulatory objectives.
Goal 2: Furthers the Organizational Budget Goals
The user may chose from choices 1 thru 4, or there may be no response. If there is no response I do not want this included in the Average.
Currently, I just used the Calculate tab and used the Average of Goal 1(Objective1, Objective 2) and Goal 2 (Objective1, Objectove 2).
But if there is no response the Average still includes in the calculation.
