Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) along with R button together at a time , you will get a run command window.
Type in below command and hit 'Enter' key.
It will open Appdata folder,
Then navigate to Local>Adobe>OOBE. Open OOBE folder and locate Opm.db file .
Then what do I do?
I don't think you can reset the trial.
May I know whether the applications Trial period has expired ?
Opm.db is an use login cache database file which holds the information regarding user login, access...etc
They expired last month
Trial once expired cannot be extended, unless you purchase subscription .
However , if you had tried CC 2014 version , you may try installing CC or CS 6 version.
Just for confirmation purpose , may I ask whether you had purchased subscription ?
Where can I find them?
Are you referring to purchase details ?
Link to buy CS6 via telephone http://www.adobe.com/products/cs6.html read all the way to the bottom
According to what I read in a forum message, Mac newer than 10.7 must subscribe to the Cloud instead of CS6... and someone with Win10 must also subscribe to the Cloud since CS6 is not compatible (meaning the sales person will ask your operating system and will not sell you CS6 if it won't run on your computer... I don't know if that means only Win7 and you may not buy if you have Win8)
