Nope - you're scripts are gone. You can obtain the cast file as editable
(images can be updated, etc., and saved again), but you can't edit the
scripts and you can't get the scriptText back.
You can try googling file recovery programs. If it hasn't been overwritten yet you may be able to undelete it.
A lot of photographers swear by Prosoft's "Data Rescue II" as the best file recover software. I believe you can download a free demo version that will tell you what files it thinks it can recover. But be aware that in a few cases (using other software) I've recovered deleted digital photos but those "recovered" files would not open. Regardles, the sooner you begin trying to recover the file (before you write over it), the greater your chance of success.
