I'm going to ask the obvious question...why are you using SWF?
It won't work on any mobile device and it won't even work on many desktops.
If you really want to do this just package up the entire export, zip it, and send it.
Ignoring the question 'why Flash', if you Export your document to 'SWF (Flash)' the SWF file is the only thing you need to provide; leave it up to the web designer to place this on the desired website

SWF export generates an HTML and SWF file. As long as you deliver both in the same folder or directory, your client can view the HTML page with the embedded SWF in the desktop version of Google's Chrome. Chrome has the Flash player built in. Other browsers need the Flash player plugin to be be installed.
