I need to keep internet explorer 9 on a windows 7 pc but when I install adobe flash player the youtube videos start playing fine at quality level 360p but it changes to HD at which point I get an error "An error has occurred. Please try again later." The clip will obviously plays fine at 360p but not in HD. I have searched this issue on the web and I do not seem to be able to get a resolution. For some reason the quality changes after the video starts to 720HD and gives the error message. Does anyone have the answer to why this is happening?
