Aadesh,
This response was insufficient as it did not work at all.
I did exactly as you suggested but on clicking cancel your membership Adobe responds with « First we need a few details » and then after this it says « Tell us what you need help with » and then there is no option to cancel immediately and then what ever you select Adobe says « Still need help. Contact Us » and then again asks « First we need a few details »
Is it really possible to cancel a subscription or is it not??
Please try it yourself and then give more detailed step by step descriptions please.
David

Can you explain why it is easy to subscribe on the web, but to unsubscribe I have to initiate a chat with the customer support team?
What sort of organisation is Adobe that there are not clear steps on how to stop subscribing, do they try to prevent you from stopping a subscription?
I think I will write a letter to the Age newspaper to highlight this.
David

I have tried this and the Adobe web page sends you on an endless circle without achieving cancellation - clever in a childish way but very annoying.
As I work in IT I can understand Adobe making it difficult to cancel, but certainly not good for their image.
Of course I have followed the suggestions on how to cancel but there is a flaw in that it sends you on an endless circle - try it yourself.
I an now writing an acticle for the Age Newspaper.
