Hi guys, I need to create a single pdf containing a front/back pages where the front is the results of a data union and the back is always the same (they're badges).
Now I've got an indd with all the fronts and another indd with a back; how can I automate the union of those alternating a front and a back and so on?
Thanks for any help!
When I do something like this I pre-print the static side, then reload it into the printer and print the merged document.
Hi Peter, I got it.
That's not the real solution to my problem but it's a great workaround! I think I'm gonna use it!
It ties up the printer for a lot less time than processing the same data over and over. If you are sending it out, talk to the printers. They would probably prefer two files, too.
