Installing CS6 got error in regards to Illustrator. All applications installed but that one. What do I do now?

Lori, please share the OS version and the screenshot of the message.

Meanwhile, here are the steps that you can try:

1. Restart your machine and retry
2. Troubleshoot install issues with log files | CS5, CS5.5, CS6
