Secure Domain Issue

Secure Domain Redirection - 1 domain exception is not working but the others do.   I have tried all common browsers with the same result. With this one IP address the login screen pops up.  We are using the platform for our Intranet so the secure feature outside our internal IP addresses is essential.  Any solutions?   My number is 803-834-2111......email djohnson@truvista.biz

Shared certificate is used in BC.
