When I try to add media, it doesn't show my latest videos on my iPhone.

      HI,

im psyched about this product. I actually used to work for Adobe.

I took several videos today, using the standard iPhone camera and having the videos automatically saved locally to my iPhone.

WHen hen I go to add media with premiere clip, these videos as well as many others are unavailable. Do I need to follow a procedure in order to make them available for Adobe Premiere Clip?

      thank you!

          Hi Ben,

Sorry you are having trouble! Can you check that you have given Premiere Clip access to your camera roll? On your device, tap Settings then navigate to permissions by choosing Privacy>Photos>Adobe Clip…  The slider needs to be on (Checked green).

While you're there, you can also check that you've given Microphone and Camera access to Premiere Clip, which will allow you to shoot videos directly into your timeline: Settings>Privacy>Camera>Adobe Clip  and Settings>Privacy>Microphone>Adobe Clip

Let us know if you still have trouble after following those steps!
