lightroom can not locate my backups

My computer had to be completely cleared as i had problems with windows every thing was backed up and now reinstalling every back my lightroom is not locating my back ups HELP

Without exact system info and details like where exactly you stored those backups nobody will be able to help you. eitehr way, ask in the LR forum and provide all this critical info.
