You definitely need to contact Adobe (the seller) about this matter. It is the only one who can sort through this situation. For Adobe Orders contact information, please refer to my post numbered 1 in your thread.
If you are within 30 days of your purchase from Adobe and you are not satisfied, then you can ask Adobe Orders for return/refund.
