I am attempting to download the recent updates for PS and LR I am asked for an Adobe password that i think is cloud

I am trying to upgrade my PS and LR cloud. I am prompted to enter an adobe password for cloud. I don't have one that I know of. so where do I go to solve the problem.

I am a subscriber.

adobe doesn't ask for passwords to download files.  only when 'logging in' to adobe.com do you need an adobe id (your email address) and a password.

you're probably on a mac and being ask for your mac password by your own computer.
