Hello,
I am a long-time subscriber of the suite, and last week I wanted to reactivate my subscription as it was inactive for a few weeks, instead of using a credit card, I selected the manual renewal option, as it is available in my country (Brazil), it generated a bill and I've paid it. But still to this day the account was not activated, I cannot see the order on the purchase history, nor anywhere else but I still have the bill (and the order number 10002678359). Please help!
If you do not know of a phone number for your county you should contact Adobe Support thru chat for help with your purchase issue. They are usually not available thru the weekend.
