when opening premiere pro cc 2014 - error "your application seems to be damaged, please reinstall the application".

when opening premiere pro cc 2014 i get an error "your application seems to be damaged, please reinstall the application". i have reinstalled it multiple times, wiped all the adobe software an applications from my mac and reinstalled it. but i stil get the same allert. what can i do?

uninstall (using the adobe uninstaller), clean per Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6 and then reinstall using an uncorrupted installation file (ie, check file size).
