    Express Install for Intranet Apps

I've been reading the Express Install chapter of the Build and Deploy manual and have 2 Questions.
If the target system needs to have Flash installed, is there a way to load the Flash install file from our own WebServer rather than loading it from the Adobe site? We are looking at using Flex for an Intranet application where we can't guarantee that all workstations would have access to the Internet.

Also is there a way to guarantee that we run under a specified version of Flash? Our QA group likes to be able to certify software for a given runtime environment. So for example they might do all testing under 9.0.28 and want to be able to ensure that the release will run under 9.0.28. But from the way I read the Express Install docs if a install was needed it gets the latest version and runs under that.
