It's been two months I've downloaded photoshop cs6 and it was doing great but now when I try to open the program it said I need to unistall. When I go to Control Panel and click on unistall, so I can install it again, it just says I need to clean my computer or restart it, because it can't unistall the program. I've done that already and it still doesn't unistall. How should I proceed?

run the cleaner, Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6

and then reinstall.
