    Stretched Pixel Effect?

    liam easton

I'm looking for a way were I can stretch certain parts of my video. Here's an image for reference: http://home.surewest.net/rgerard/Jpgs/Stretch.jpg

Anyone have any ideas on how I can do this? Many thanks.

          1. Duplicate your layer
          2. Draw a mask where you want to split the image on the top layer (a guide will help)
          3. Select the bottom layer
          4. Move the anchor point to the edge of the mask or guide line (snapping will help)
          5. Scale the masked layer 10000% in Y

Simple as that. Also works with movies.
