Illustrator download stuck on 42%. Redownload doesn't help.

I try to download Illustrator Trial from Creative Cloud on my Mac but I lost internet connection on 42% and now it is stuck there allthough I have the connection now. Whenever i close the Creative Cloud and start again the download from the beggining it stops on 42%. What to do?

Clear Tmp folder and try to install again .

Steps :

1) Right click on Finder and select "Got to Folder"  option.

2) You will get a text box, please type-in exactly below command and then hit return.

/tmp
3)It will open tmp folder.
4)Delete all contents present inside tmp folder.

Still same ??

Keep the Creative Cloud application , do not Quit.

open Tmp folder and locate Illustrator .dmg installer file and copy it to Desktop and then Quit Creative Cloud application.

Then try to install Illustrator again .
